We do not currently offer mid or low crown.
Can you make larger than a size 8 or smaller than a size 6 7/8?
Yes, we can custom make any size that you give us in inches. We have made caps for newborns on up. This will require extra time.
When can I expect my cap?
We currently work 7 days a week to get your caps out as quick as possible. If your cap says ready to ship in the listing, expect it to ship 1-7 days from purchase. If it does not, it can take 4-8 weeks depending on current order volume.
What materials do you use?
We have an all canvas cap, an all cotton cap, a hybrid cap which is cotton on top and a canvas band and bill.
Are your caps lined?
We offer lined and unlined caps, Please check the listing to make sure you are getting the type you would like before purchasing
What does embroidery cost?
It is $6.50 for each area of embroidery, ex. Each side of the band, underside of the bill and top of the bill are 4 different areas.
Can I get my company's logo on my cap?
Yes, depending on logo size, colors stitched and stitch count, custom digitizing can vary from $10-$50. This is a one time digitizing fee.
Are your caps pre-washed?
Our Canvas material is pre-washed. Our pattern allows for shrinkage in our cotton materials.
How do I wash my Cap?
Machine wash in cold, lay flat to dry. if you need to shrink your cap a bit, you can wash on hot, air dry or wash on cold and dry in the dryer.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is weight and carrier based. Allowing you to choose your preffered carrier and speed of delivery.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, if your country is not listed as an option, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
Can I return a cap that doesn't fit?
Yes, if you ordered the wrong size, you can return your cap(s) and we will do our best to send as similar as possible caps. You will receive a link to pay for shipping the new caps back to you when we receive your caps.
Please include a note in your return of the correct size you'd like to exchange for.
Caps must be unwashed and unworn.
I received the wrong size cap.
If we sent the wrong size by mistake, you can return the caps and we will recheck the sizing, if they are not the correct size, we will resend you a new set, (as close as possible to your original set) we will pay shipping and refund the shipping you paid to return your cap(s)
We had a very liberal return policy, would allow you to give the cap that didn't fit to a buddy, even if you ordered the wrong size, then we would send you a new cap on us. Unfortunately, someone always has to ruin a good thing. 🤯 People giving away their cap then contacting us saying it didn't fit, wanting a new cap mailed.
